Partial Port — SMS Only

Hosted SMS (keep your voice carrier)

Hosted SMS lets you send and receive text messages on a number you already own with another carrier — without affecting voice capabilities. We register the number for SMS routing only.

Supported: U.S. and Canada (beta). Mobile numbers are not supported. VoIP numbers from some providers will be supported in the future.

What we need from you:

  • Your Location ID (found in your CRM dashboard URL)
  • The phone number(s) to be ported
  • A signed Letter of Authorization

Full Port — Voice + SMS

Full Number Port (transfer from your carrier)

A full port transfers your number completely from your current carrier to Click IT CRM's telephony infrastructure. Voice, SMS, and all capabilities move over.

What we need from you:

  • Your Location ID
  • Customer name exactly as it appears on your phone bill
  • Service address on file with your current carrier (physical address, not a PO Box)
  • Phone number(s) to be ported (format: +17787787878)
  • For wireless numbers: account number and PIN or last 4 of SSN
  • A signed Letter of Authorization (PDF, under 4MB)
  • A scanned copy of your most recent phone billing statement (PDF, under 4MB)
Canadian Numbers

Porting Canadian Telephone Numbers

Canadian number porting typically takes 4–6 weeks depending on the losing carrier. There is a one-time porting fee of $7.00 USD per number.

What we need from you:

  • Phone number(s) in E.164 format (e.g., +14165551234)
  • A signed Canadian Letter of Authorization (dated within the last 15 days)
  • Your most recent billing document
  • Your customer account number with your current carrier
