Access Contacts: Navigate to the Contacts section in the main dashboard.

Organize with Tags: Use tags like "Prospect," "Customer," or "Newsletter Subscriber" to categorize contacts for easy filtering.

Create Smart Lists: Build dynamic lists based on tags or other criteria to segment your contacts automatically.

Automate Contact Creation: Set up workflows to create or update contact records from form submissions, webchat conversations, or missed calls.

Step 2

Call Contacts Directly

No need to pick up your phone — call leads and customers right from the platform.

Manual Calling: In any contact's profile, click the phone icon to start a call directly from Click IT CRM.

Power Dialer: For calling multiple contacts efficiently, set up a lead list and assign leads to sales reps. The Power Dialer automates the process, moving to the next contact after each call.

Track Performance: Monitor call outcomes, durations, and recordings to assess your team's effectiveness.

Step 3

Follow Up with a Newsletter or Campaign

Keep your contacts engaged with targeted email campaigns sent from inside the CRM.

Create an Email Template: Go to the Marketing section, select Emails, and design your newsletter using the built-in email builder.

Set Up a Campaign: Create a new email campaign targeting your desired contact list or Smart List, and choose the template you just built.

Automate the Follow-Up: Use workflows to send the newsletter automatically after specific triggers — a completed call, a form submission, or a time delay.
