Get up and running in minutes! This guide shows you how to add and organize contacts, place calls directly from the platform, and send a targeted newsletter snippet—all in three easy steps.

Step 1: Track Contacts and Prospects

To manage and monitor contacts in Click IT CRM:

  1. Access Contacts:

    • Navigate to the Contacts section in the main dashboard.

  2. View Contact Details:

    • Click on a contact's name to open their profile.

    • Here, you can see their information, communication history, and notes.

  3. Organize with Tags:

    • Use tags like "Prospect," "Customer," or "Newsletter Subscriber" to categorize contacts.

  4. Utilize Smart Lists:

    • Create Smart Lists based on tags or other criteria to segment your contacts effectively.

  5. Automate Contact Creation:

    • Set up workflows to automatically create or update contact records from form submissions or other triggers.


Step 2: Call Contacts Directly

To initiate calls within Click IT CRM:

  1. Manual Calling:

    • In a contact's profile, click the phone icon to start a call directly from the platform.

  2. Use the Power Dialer:

    • For calling multiple contacts efficiently:

      • Set up a lead list.

      • Assign leads to sales reps.

      • The Power Dialer will automate the calling process, moving to the next contact after each call.

  3. Track Call Performance:

    • Monitor call outcomes, durations, and recordings to assess effectiveness.


Step 3: Follow Up with a Newsletter Snippet

To send a newsletter or a snippet to contacts:

  1. Create an Email Template:

    • Go to the Marketing section and select Emails.

    • Design your newsletter snippet using the email builder.

  2. Set Up a Campaign:

    • Create a new email campaign targeting your desired contact list or Smart List.

    • Choose the email template you created.

  3. Automate the Follow-Up:

    • Use workflows to automate sending the newsletter snippet after specific actions, like a completed call or form submission.
