Partial port: texting only
Hosted SMS keeps your voice carrier
Hosted SMS lets you send and receive texts on a number you already own with another carrier, without affecting calls. We register the number for SMS routing only.
Supported in the U.S. and Canada (beta). Mobile numbers are not supported. Some VoIP numbers will be supported in the future.
What we need from you
- Your location ID (shown in your CRM dashboard address)
- The phone number or numbers to port
- A signed Letter of Authorization

Full port: calls and texts
Transfer your number from your carrier
A full port moves your number completely from your current carrier to ClickIT CRM's phone service. Calls, texts and all other features move over.
What we need from you
- Your location ID
- Customer name exactly as it appears on your phone bill
- Service address on file with your current carrier (a street address, not a PO box)
- The phone number or numbers to port, in the format +17787787878
- For wireless numbers: account number and PIN, or the last 4 digits of the account holder's SSN
- A signed Letter of Authorization (PDF, under 4 MB)
- A scan of your most recent phone bill (PDF, under 4 MB)

Canadian numbers
Porting a Canadian number usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the current carrier. There is a one-time porting fee of $7.00 USD per number.
What we need from you
- Phone numbers in E.164 format, for example +14165551234
- A signed Canadian Letter of Authorization, dated within the last 15 days
- Your most recent bill
- Your account number with your current carrier
